LZShip provides personal shopping, live-session shopping, and international shipping services from the United States to Egypt and the Gulf region. Orders, reservations, invoices, and payments are managed through this website.

2. Reservations & deposits

Items reserved during live sessions are held on a first-come, first-served basis and may require a deposit within a stated time window to remain reserved.

3. Pricing

Final prices are calculated from the item's purchase price plus applicable taxes and service commission, converted to your local currency at the rate locked when your items are received and weighed.

4. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. LZShip keeps you informed of your items' status at every stage through your account.

5. Lost or damaged items

In the rare case an item is lost in transit, LZShip will notify you and process a refund according to our refund policy.
